Service Project: Christmas Tree for the Homeless Shelter
December 6, 2007
Soroptimist sponsored a Christmas tree
decorating party for the women and children at the transitional living
shelter. The club donated a Christmas tree, ornaments and craft
supplies. In their commitment to mentor youth in the community
service, Soroptimist invited high school students from Moreno Valley
Promise to assist.

20th Annual Spring Fashion Show and Tea

Fashion"
March 15, 2008
Proceeds from this Soroptimist
fundraising event are used to support various
non-profit organizations in the
area, including the Community Assistance Program, the Moreno Valley
Senior Center , the Riverside
Coalition for Alternatives to Domestic
Violence, and various scholarships to local high school students
and mothers re-entering the work force.

benefit the neonatal unit at the Riverside County Regional Medical
Center.
